Can I try a class before I sign up?
Yes, first class is FREE. Come see what we are all about!
Do I need to have experience?
No, you do not need any workout experience. Everything we offer can be tailored to any level of fitness.
Can I do my own workouts outside of class time?
Absolutely. We offer 24/7 access, have open gym times available during operating hours, or you can come take a class and do extra after!
What should I eat before and after a workout?
Before your workout, try to focus on simple carbs as an energy source (Example: banana + peanut butter, rice cake + peanut butter). After your workout, try to fuel your body with a form of protein to help with muscle recovery and growth (chicken + rice).
Should I take any supplements?
Yes! Creatine is an underrated, great supplement that supports muscle growth and recovery. BCAAs aid in muscle recovery as well and can easily be added into your workout hydration. At Hybrid Fitness, we carry many different addtional supplements available to purchase. Talk to a coach for more information!
